  11. Been getting this problem with Grapevine since I changed providers... When I
  12. try to connect to a server (either Efnet or undernet) it says it's connected
  13. and is waiting for a response, then after a few seconds says "Connection
  14. refused (error code not set)".  What's up with this?  Is there something I
  15. should change that I haven't?
